For Government & Public Sector

Serve residents in any language — without their data leaving your control.

Courts, councils and public services handle constituents' most sensitive information in dozens of languages, yet most translation tools send that speech and those documents to the cloud. TransCastAI runs entirely on your own Mac today — turning live speech, recordings and documents into faithful translations both ways, so nothing ever leaves your control.

A real workflow, start to finish

A sample of the everyday capabilities that matter for Government & Public Sector.

Built for Government & Public Sector

🔒

Data never leaves you

Everything runs on your own Mac today — constituent speech, recordings and case documents are transcribed and translated locally, with no cloud, no external API and no account required to start.

🎧

Speech, recordings and documents

Understands live conversations at the counter, existing audio and video recordings, and PDFs, letters and forms — not just typed text.

🔄

Understood in both directions

English into a resident's language, and their language back into English — so front-line staff and residents understand each other in real time and after the fact.

🎯

Trained on public-sector terms

Models trained on the vocabulary that matters — benefits, immigration, housing, court and health terminology — for accuracy where a mistranslation carries real consequences.

Data protection built in

Sovereignty by architecture, not by policy

TransCastAI is on-device today: everything runs on your own macOS hardware, so residents' data stays inside your boundary by design — not by a data-processing promise. Private-server and fully air-gapped deployments are on the roadmap, built to ISO 27001 and NIST CSF controls, so the same engine can scale from a single caseworker's Mac to a self-contained secure environment.

What you can rely on

Runs offline

No internet connection is required — speech and documents are processed entirely on the device, so it keeps working inside restricted networks and secure rooms.

Recordings, not just live speech

Import existing audio and video — recorded interviews, hearings or hotline calls — and get synced bilingual transcripts and translations, with SRT/VTT export.

Aligns to your terminology

Models are trained on specialist domain vocabulary and can be aligned to your department's approved terms, rather than relying on a generic, broad-coverage engine.

Questions

Common questions

Where does resident data go — can you guarantee data residency?

On the desktop editions, nowhere. Processing happens entirely on your own Mac, so audio, transcripts and documents never leave the device — there is no cloud round-trip to place residency at risk. For teams that need shared infrastructure, private-server and fully air-gapped deployments are on our roadmap, keeping data inside your own boundary.

How accurate is it on our specialist terminology?

The models are trained on public-sector domains rather than generic web text, and can be aligned to your department's approved terms. For high-stakes work such as legal or medical translation we're designed to support a human in the loop — a caseworker or interpreter can review and refine, with studio-grade tools for when wording has to be exact.

How would we deploy and procure this across a department?

TransCastAI is available on macOS today (Apple Silicon and Intel), with a Windows edition in development. Desktop is an annual per-device licence, validated offline with no account and no usage limits. Private-server and air-gapped options are on the roadmap for larger or more sensitive deployments — start a conversation and we'll scope a pilot and procurement path with you.
